We come out to the property, take a proper look at what's involved and sit down with you to talk through your plans, your budget and your timeline. We ask the right questions so we fully understand what you want to achieve — not just what you want built.
From there, we put together a clear, detailed written quote covering exactly what the work entails, what it will cost and how long it will take. No vague estimates. No figures pulled out of the air to win the job and revised later. What we quote is what you pay unless something genuinely unforeseen comes up during the work — and if it does, we'll tell you immediately and talk it through before proceeding.
Once the project is underway, you'll have direct contact with us throughout.
